A night out in Wakefield turned to tragedy when a violent confrontation at a popular city centre pub resulted in the death of a 37-year-old man.
The incident occurred at The Redoubt pub on Kirkgate around 9:20 PM on Saturday evening, where what began as an altercation escalated into a fatal assault.
