Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with a break-in and robbery in South Lanarkshire. The incident occurred at a property in the Coalburn area near the B7078 road at approximately 10.20pm on Sunday, June 14.

Victim Treated at Scene

A 63-year-old woman was treated at the scene by paramedics following the incident. No further details on her condition have been released.

Arrests and Charges

The suspects, aged 29 and 37, were arrested and charged in connection with the break-in. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal for consideration of prosecution.
