A teenager and two young men have died following a single-vehicle collision in Rotherham. The incident occurred on Denaby Lane, and emergency services were called at 11.39pm on Saturday, August 8.
Despite their efforts, a 17-year-old boy and two men, aged 21 and 23, were pronounced dead at the scene. Their next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.
Investigation launched
A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital with minor injuries. South Yorkshire Police stated: "It is reported that a grey Seat Cupra Leon was travelling towards Kilnhurst and left the carriageway."
An investigation has been launched, and police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage to come forward.
