Pablo Market, a business on Woodfield Street in Morriston, Swansea, was forced to close by enforcement officers on Thursday, July 16. Police and trading standards attended the premises, and the shop's shutters were closed with a closure notice attached. A sticker read: "This business has been closed by court order due to criminal activity on the premises."
Arrest and charges
South Wales Police confirmed that a man has been arrested and charged. A spokesman said: "Morriston neighbourhood policing team officers and Trading Standards attended Pablo Market, Woodfield Street, Morriston, Swansea on Thursday, July 16. 38-year-old Farhad Faraj, from Swansea city centre, was arrested and has since been charged with three counts of selling goods with packaging bearing a sign likely to be mistaken for a registered trade mark, and one count of participating in a fraudulent business carried on by sole trader. He will appear at Swansea Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, August 19."
