The incident, which occurred at around 8.10pm, prompted a major response from Greater Manchester Police, paramedics, and firefighters.
Victims Hospitalised
A man in his 40s and an 11-year-old boy were taken to hospital from the scene. The Manchester Evening News understands that the incident is being investigated as a potential accidental poisoning.

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) confirmed that crews arrived at approximately 8.25pm and spent over two hours at the scene. A GMFRS spokesperson stated: "The incident involved two casualties affected by an unknown substance. Fire crews made the scene safe and remained at scene just over two hours."
