Police Scotland has arrested several people in Longniddry, Fife, following a report of an alleged abduction. The A198 is closed between the junctions for Cunningham Court and Coal Road while enquiries continue.
Arrests made in connection with abduction report

Road closed and diversions in place
The A198 is closed at Longniddry between the junctions for Cunningham Court and Coal Road in connection with the investigation. Emergency services are in attendance, and a diversion is in place.
Drivers have been advised to avoid the area while the road remains closed.
