Police have released images of five men they wish to speak to following a violent disorder at a Tube station. Officers from British Transport Police (BTP) were called to London Bridge station just before midnight on Monday, May 11, after reports of fighting on the platform.
Incident Details
A BTP spokesperson stated, 'Most of those involved had left the station in the direction of Tooley Street prior to police arrival. It's believed the men are football fans who had been watching the Championship Play-Off Semi-Final in a nearby pub.'
Investigation
Detectives believe the men in the images may possess information crucial to the investigation. Anyone who recognises them is urged to text BTP on 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 753 of 11 May. Information can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
