A head-on collision on the M9 in County Kildare has resulted in multiple fatalities and four injuries, with a vehicle reportedly travelling on the wrong side of the road.
The crash occurred on the M9 Northbound at Junction 3 at around 3am. Gardaí confirmed a head-on crash and a "number of fatalities".
Casualties and Hospital Response
The driver and front passenger of the second car, both females in their 30s, were taken to Tallaght University Hospital and remain in critical condition. A female rear seat passenger in her 20s was taken to St. Luke's General Hospital and is in a serious condition.
