British pub landlady Rebecca Bullock, 31, has been remembered as a "breath of fresh air" after she was stabbed to death at a railway station in Germany.
Ms Bullock was attacked at the station in Rosenheim, Bavaria, just before 1am local time on Sunday, August 30. She was rushed to hospital, where she died from "severe injuries," according to Bavarian Police.
Attack and arrest
Ms Bullock had been on her way to a funeral in Austria when the attack occurred. A 27-year-old homeless man, a German citizen, was arrested near the railway station shortly after the attack.
The incident is being treated as a stabbing, and police have confirmed the severity of the injuries that led to her death.
Ongoing investigation
Authorities have not yet released further details about the circumstances of the attack. The arrested man remains in custody as the investigation continues.
