The heartbroken family of a well-loved couple have paid tribute to the pair after they were both killed in a horror car crash in Kent.
Crash Details
On May 18, Craig Pangrazi-Simpson, 64, and his wife, Elizabeth Pangrazi-Simpson, 60, were tragically killed when their car came off the carriageway and smashed into trees. The couple were travelling on the A228 Pembury Northern Bypass towards Whetsted when their silver Renault Megane crashed between Tonbridge Road and Old Church Road, Kent Police said.
The force said the vehicle left the carriageway on the nearside and entered woodland before crashing into trees. Sadly, Craig, who was driving the vehicle, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Passenger Elizabeth was airlifted to a hospital in London, but later died, reports The Mirror.
Family Tributes
Family members have since paid moving tributes to the couple. Elizabeth's sons, Josh and Jake, said: 'Our mum and Craig were two of the kindest, happiest and most loving people you could ever meet. They were both incredibly bubbly, caring, and always brought warmth and laughter wherever they went.'
Josh and Jake said that 'family meant everything' to the couple and they 'would always go above and beyond for others'. 'Their loss has left a huge void in all of our lives, and they will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved them,' they added.
Craig's daughter, Millie, described her dad as a 'happy, kind, gentle man', who was 'popular and loved by everyone he met'. She said: 'His kindness, warmth and constant effort, will always be remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.'
'My dad was one of the first people in my life to make me feel safe, understood and deeply loved. Even though we hadn't spoken in a while, my love for him remained,' she added. 'May my dad and his wife, Elizabeth, rest in peace.'
