Tragic Early Morning Collision Claims Two Lives
A devastating road traffic collision near the village of Pleasley has resulted in the deaths of two women and left a young boy with life-altering injuries. The incident occurred at 6.20am on Thursday morning at the border between Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Driver Amie Pearson, 26, and her passenger Chelsea Carlisle, 29, were both pronounced dead at the scene after the Suzuki Alto they were travelling in was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Meriva. Emergency services responded to the horror crash but were unable to save the two women.
