Man dies in motorbike crash on A548 in Flintshire

A 56-year-old man has died following a collision involving a motorbike on the A548 in Flintshire. Emergency services were called to the westbound carriageway near Bagillt shortly before 4.40pm on Tuesday, July 21.

An air ambulance attended the scene, and the road was closed. Despite efforts from emergency services, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police appeal for witnesses

North Wales Police have launched an investigation and are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dash-cam footage to come forward. The coroner has been informed.

Natalie Edwards, of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: "I share my deepest condolences with the man's family at this incredibly difficult time. I would urge anybody who witnessed the incident, or who may have relevant dash-cam footage prior to the collision, to come forward as soon as possible."
