All traffic is currently being held on the eastbound carriageway of the M62 this morning following reports of a crash.
The hold is in place from junction 22 for Rishworth Moor to junction 23 for Huddersfield. Motorway cameras show queues building on the affected stretch.
Westbound delays due to onlookers
Traffic is also reportedly slow on the westbound side of the motorway because of onlookers, according to traffic alert service Inrix.
National Highways has not yet provided an estimate for when the carriageway will reopen.
