Boy, 15, Dies in M60 Crash Causing Chaos for Oasis Fans

A 15-year-old boy has died following a serious road traffic collision on the M60 near Manchester on Sunday evening, causing major disruption for thousands of Oasis concertgoers heading to Heaton Park.

The motorway was closed in both directions between junctions 19 and 22 after the incident near junction 20, which occurred just after 5pm. Greater Manchester Police confirmed the teenager's death on Monday morning.

The closure led to severe delays, with some Oasis fans abandoning their cars and walking along the carriageway in an attempt to reach the concert. National Highways warned the road would remain closed for a protracted period, with delays of up to 45 minutes.
