Florida Man Threatens to Eat Neighbour's Dog in Trespassing Dispute

A Florida man has been arrested after threatening to eat his neighbour's dog and later confronting her with knives. Minor Catledge, 61, was charged with aggravated assault following the incident in Interlachen, about 105 miles northeast of Orlando.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office said Catledge initially confronted a woman walking her dog on a public path adjacent to his property. He allegedly claimed the path was his and threatened to 'eat her dog' if she trespassed again. Deputies spoke to Catledge, explaining the path was public, and believed the matter resolved.

However, just over an hour later, Catledge approached the victim's home with a knife, threatening her and her family. An Interlachen Police officer also heard the threats. The victim said Catledge threatened to stab her for calling law enforcement.
