A group of British teenagers in Thailand took justice into their own hands after a moped thief attempted to steal from them. The incident, captured on video, shows the teens chasing the suspect through the streets of Pattaya.
The footage begins with the teens confronting the thief, who had allegedly snatched a bag from one of them. The suspect fled on a moped, but the group gave chase on foot and on another moped.
During the pursuit, the thief lost control and crashed into a parked car. The teens then detained him until local police arrived. The suspect was handed over to authorities and later charged with theft.
Local police commended the teens for their bravery but warned against vigilantism, urging tourists to report crimes to the police instead.
