Staffordshire Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after a woman was allegedly raped in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.
The victim was approached near Bucknall Old Road at around 1pm on May 11 before being taken to an alleyway and raped, the force said.
Appeal for information
Officers believe the man in the image may have information about the assault. Anyone who recognises him has been asked to contact Staffordshire Police as soon as possible.
In a statement, a spokesperson for the force said: "Do you recognise this man? We want to speak to him in connection with an investigation into a report of a rape in Stoke-on-Trent."

The spokesperson added: "At around 1pm on Monday 11 May, a woman was approached by an unknown man near Bucknall Old Road in Hanley. She was taken to an alleyway and raped."
"Detectives have been carrying out a number of enquiries as part of an ongoing investigation and are now able to release an image of a man we want to speak to."
