Two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of raping a 15-year-old girl in a park in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The incident occurred in Pitt Hill Park in Holme Wood at around 6pm on Wednesday, August 5.
Arrests and Ongoing Investigation
The boys, aged 16 and 17, remain in police custody while investigations continue. West Yorkshire Police confirmed that specially trained officers are supporting the victim.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Detectives are investigating after a report of a rape on Pitt Hill park in Holme Wood. A 15 year old girl reported being raped at around 6pm yesterday (August 5). She is being supported by specially trained officers."
Appeal for Information
The spokesperson added: "Two teenage boys, aged 16 and 17 years old, have been arrested on suspicion of rape and remain in police custody. Enquiries are ongoing by Bradford District Safeguarding Team."
