A supply teacher who secretly took up-skirting photos of schoolgirls in classrooms and used artificial intelligence to 'nudify' their social media profile pictures has been jailed for six years.
Offences across seven schools
Abusali Rahman, 37, used his iPhone in his top pocket to capture the images while working as a supply teacher in seven high schools, Bolton Crown Court heard.
The offences came to light during an investigation that revealed the extent of his activity across multiple schools.
Court outcome
Rahman was sentenced at Bolton Crown Court after admitting the offences. The court heard he had used AI tools to alter social media profile pictures of the teenagers.
The six-year jail term reflects the seriousness of the repeated and calculated nature of the offending.
