Police are appealing for information following a suspected sexual assault in County Durham. The incident occurred in parkland off Blackwell Lane in Darlington at about 7.30am on Friday, September 25.
Woman left distressed after approach
A woman walking her dog was approached by a man who made derogatory comments and touched her inappropriately, leaving her distressed.
The suspect is described as white, tall, of slim build with dark facial hair and was wearing black joggers and a green hoodie.

An investigation is ongoing and detectives are keen to hear from anyone with any information. Those with information are asked to call Durham Constabulary on 101, quoting incident reference 78 of September 25.
