OnlyFans model threatened to chop up builder with machete

Cody Davies, a 32-year-old OnlyFans model, has been sentenced for racially aggravated harassment after she threatened to chop up builder Kevin Phillips with a machete and called him a racial slur. The threats followed a dispute over an epoxy resin flooring job Davies claimed was botched.

Threats and Demands

Davies sent abusive voice notes to Phillips, warning him to watch his own house and claiming she had previously been "done for attempted murder." When Phillips requested payment of a £750 invoice for the flooring installed in November, Davies instead demanded he pay her £1,100 and posted photos of his work online, calling him a "cowboy job."

In a Facebook rant, she said: "You're f------ lucky I am not a man cos I would have smashed your head clean in. ... I wanna money today or a fight. ... If he doesn't get my £1,100 posted in an envelope by the end of today I'm gonna f--- his own house."

Builder's Fear

Phillips filed a police complaint, stating: "She was calling me a s------ and saying she had paid for materials when she had not. I am afraid someone will try to cause damage to my property or cause my family harm."

Court Proceedings

At Wirral Magistrates Court, Davies of Prenton, near Birkenhead, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment. She was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for a year, with 15 days of rehabilitation activity. She was ordered to pay £200 compensation to Phillips and a restraining order for 12 months. She also paid a £60 fine and £239 in costs.

Prosecutor Andy Page said: "Mr Phillips is a building contractor who did some work for Miss Davies installing epoxy resin flooring. ... On December 1, Mr Phillips sent his bank details along with an invoice for £750. ... She failed to pay. ... On December 12, he received a threatening voice note ... she said she was going to 'machete you up' and 'I will chop you up in my living room. I have been done for attempted murder before.' She called him a black c--- and said 'Watch what will happen to your house.'"

Defendant's Background

Davies had a previous conviction for malicious communication. Her lawyer, Paul Davison, said: "There was clearly some issue regarding the standard of work completed by the complainant. The defendant then dealt with that inappropriately and she accepts that."

During police interview on December 14, Davies said she was unemployed and living with her mother. She became agitated and screamed at the officer, ending the interview.
