29 Unborn Babies Found Buried Under Family Home in Poland
29 Unborn Babies Discovered Under Polish Home

A shocking discovery has been made in Poland, where construction workers unearthed the bodies of 29 unborn babies while digging on private property in Lutory, a village near Rzeszów. The grim find led to the arrest of a 52-year-old pathologist, identified only as Magdalena H., who is now under investigation for desecration of a corpse and illegal disposal of hazardous waste.

Discovery During Renovations

The current owners of the five-acre plot were renovating the property when workers digging through a driveway stumbled upon the remains. They immediately alerted the police, prompting a large-scale emergency response. According to the District Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszów, investigators received the first report on June 10 about 'significant amounts of medical waste' on the premises. The waste included paraffin blocks, microscope slides, and human fetuses or their fragments.

Arrest and Investigation

The suspect, a pathologist, faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted. Medical experts confirmed that the secured remains were human fetuses. Authorities are now testing the excavator used in the dig for DNA samples and have deployed a specialist waterworks truck to check nearby drains and sewer systems for additional evidence.

Neighbors Describe Suspect as Reclusive

Local residents described the former owner as unsettling and reclusive. She reportedly bought the house two years ago and sold it to a young couple six months ago. One villager said, 'I don’t even know what this woman does. I knew her by sight.' Another noted she had red hair and was 'a bit strange.' However, a man claimed she hadn't been seen for about five years and might have performed autopsies there.

Searches at the site are expected to continue until next week as police dig further to uncover any remaining evidence.
