British Transport Police (BTP) are investigating a sexual assault that took place at Hanger Lane station in west London. The incident occurred at approximately 2:30pm on Sunday, June 21, when a man approached a woman in a subway leading to the London Underground station.
Details of the Attack
The man repeatedly sexually assaulted the woman, using force to prevent her from leaving. After the assault, he fled into the station while laughing. The BTP have released images of a man they want to speak to in connection with the attack.
Suspect Description
The suspect is described as Indian or South Asian, in his mid to late 20s, and around 5ft 7in tall. He was wearing a light-blue shirt and sunglasses. Detectives believe he may have information that could assist their ongoing investigation.
