Justin Bieber has sparked concern for his health after stepping out in Los Angeles looking gaunt, marking his first public appearance since his former mentor Sean 'Diddy' Combs was indicted on sex trafficking charges. The singer, who recently became a father, was seen attending church with wife Hailey Bieber on Wednesday, September 25.
Fans took to social media to express worry, with one writing, 'Justin don't look healthy,' and another adding, 'He looks like he’s going through it. I don’t see happiness. Praying for him and what he went through.' A third said, 'Justin looks rough. Maybe being a new parent is hard or that Diddy stuff is really getting to him.'
Videos of a young Bieber partying with Combs have resurfaced online, drawing scrutiny after Combs was arrested on September 16 in New York City. The rapper, 54, is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and remains jailed without bail at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Centre.
A source close to Bieber said the new father is focusing on parenthood and has been 'in a happy bubble' since son Jack's birth. However, an insider claimed Bieber is 'so disturbed by the Diddy news' that he has shut off and regrets contributing to Combs' recent album, 'The Love Album: Off The Grid,' on which he appears on the track 'Moments.'
Bieber had previously shared on Instagram that he wrote a song for Combs when he was 14, calling their later collaboration a 'full circle moment.' But following the allegations, reports suggest he would not have participated if he had known about the charges.
