Man Caught Using Vacuum for Sex Act Near Disney World

Kevin Westerhold, 51, has been sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $271 after pleading no contest to indecent exposure for using a vacuum cleaner to masturbate in broad daylight outside a vacation rental near Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida.

Incident at Windsor Hills Resort

The incident occurred at the gated Windsor Hills Resort, a seven-minute drive from Disney World. Residents reported that Westerhold repeatedly wandered around shared spaces stark naked. Two witnesses later spotted him outside a nearby property, using the vacuum's suction function for sexual gratification. One witness shared photos and videos showing Westerhold “pleasuring himself with a vacuum in broad daylight,” while another saw him “naked from the waist down” with the appliance outside a four-bedroom property owned by a female relative.

Police Evidence and Charges

According to an arrest document, a detective stated: “The male then walked to the front door and stood in the threshold as he began to use a vacuum to masturbate. He continued to penetrate the handheld section of the vacuum before using it to suction his testicles for further sexual gratification.” Two witnesses confirmed that Westerhold “was obviously committing these acts for his sexual pleasure as he visibly reacted to the stimulus as if he was becoming more engaged in the sexual acts.”

Cops also reported that Westerhold engaged in other illicit acts at a second vacation property. Neighbors said he was seen on “multiple occasions” walking around the property “entirely nude, wearing socks only, or wearing just a tank top.” Doorbell video footage recorded Westerhold naked in a shared hallway and masturbating, court documents show.

Legal Outcome

Westerhold entered a no contest plea to indecent exposure earlier this year. Following plea negotiations, he was sentenced on Monday to 12 months probation, fined $271, and ordered to undergo a “psycho-sexual evaluation” within the next month. He was originally charged with a felony, but that count was reduced to a misdemeanor.

In an April court filing, Westerhold’s lawyer reported that his client “recently completed in-patient treatment,” though the nature of that care was not disclosed. It is unknown what happened to the vacuum cleaner.

Background

Westerhold lives with his nurse wife in Oviedo, about 35 miles from Windsor Hills Resort. He was a powerlifting champion in his younger days and still competes in Masters' events, according to US reports.
