Manhunt for Keith Michael Lisa Over Alleged Bat Attack on Trump Lawyer
Federal Agents Hunt Man Over Threat to Trump Lawyer

Federal agents have launched a nationwide manhunt for a 51-year-old man accused of threatening former President Donald Trump's attorney while armed with a baseball bat.

The Alleged Incident at Federal Building

Keith Michael Lisa stands accused of entering the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building in Newark, New Jersey on November 12, 2025 while allegedly carrying a bat. According to official statements, the suspect was initially denied entry to the facility but later returned after discarding the weapon.

Authorities state that once inside the building, Lisa proceeded directly to the U.S. Attorney's Office where he reportedly damaged government property. The incident prompted an immediate response from federal security personnel.

Nationwide Search Underway

Law enforcement agencies have circulated a detailed description of the wanted man. Lisa is described as approximately 6 foot 3 inches tall and weighing between 200 to 230 pounds. A federal arrest warrant was officially issued for him on November 13, 2025 through the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The charges filed against him include two serious federal offences:

  • Possession of a Dangerous Weapon in a Federal Facility
  • Depredation of Federal Property

Victim Response and Official Statements

Alina Habba, who serves as Trump's lawyer and acting New Jersey Attorney, addressed the incident publicly through social media. In a post on X, she wrote: "I will not be intimidated by radical lunatics for doing my job."

Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed earlier this week that an individual had attempted to confront Habba directly. Bondi stated that the suspect "destroyed property" during the incident and promised that her office would "find this person."

This developing story continues to unfold as federal authorities intensify their search for Keith Michael Lisa across multiple states. The investigation remains active with additional security measures implemented at federal buildings in the Newark area.
