Duane 'Keffe D' Davis has been sentenced to life in prison, 30 years after the murder of Tupac Shakur. The former gang leader was accused of orchestrating the events that led to Shakur being shot dead in September 1996.
Guilty verdict and sentencing
Last month, a jury found Davis, 63, guilty of the drive-by shooting, which was said to be related to a feud between East and West Coast rappers. While he did not fire the weapon himself, he had previously admitted to providing the gun used in the crime in his memoir.
Davis has been sentenced to 40 years in prison but has said he will appeal the verdict.
