Police Seek Public's Help After Taxi Driver Attack
Greater Manchester Police have issued a CCTV appeal following an assault on a taxi driver in Manchester city centre last month. The incident occurred outside the Rex Hotel on King Street between 11:30pm and 11:55pm on June 17.
The victim, a taxi driver, sustained injuries including a swollen nose and pain to the neck. Police believe two men captured on CCTV may have crucial information about the attack.

The assault took place in the busy city centre area, with the taxi driver reportedly attacked while working. GMP City Centre officers are leading the investigation and have released an image of two individuals they wish to speak with.
In a statement, GMP City Centre said: "We would like to speak to these men as we believe they can help with our investigation of assault on a taxi driver outside The Rex Hotel, King Street, Manchester between 11:30 and 11:55pm on 17 June. The victim reported they were left with a swollen nose and sore neck."
