Merseyside Police have issued an emergency appeal to locate Stewart Rimmer, a 33-year-old man from Anfield who was previously jailed for firearms offences. Rimmer is wanted on an emergency recall to prison after breaching the licence conditions of his release.

Rimmer is described as 5ft 6in tall, of medium build, with brown cropped hair and a beard. He has known links to several parts of Liverpool, including Anfield, Everton, Fairfield, Kensington, Tuebrook, and Walton.
His original prison sentence was for possession of a firearm and ammunition, according to Merseyside Police.
