An 84-year-old woman has died following a single-car crash on Bishopston Road in Swansea. The woman, from Bishopston, was a passenger in the car and died as a result of her injuries.
Incident details
The driver, an 87-year-old man also from Bishopston, sustained minor injuries. Police were called to the scene at around 4:20pm on Thursday, August 13, following a report of the collision.
Investigation and road closure
An investigation into the collision is ongoing. Bishopston Road was closed for some time on Thursday evening but has since reopened.
