Cheshire Police is appealing for the public's help in tracing a wanted man who is believed to have fled the UK. Francis Steven Dixon, from Warrington, is wanted on recall back to prison, but police believe the 51-year-old is out of the country.
Possible locations
It's understood Dixon could have fled to either Spain, Turkey or Cyprus. He is described by police as being 5ft 11" tall, of proportionate build and has brown hair and green eyes.
