Jack Roach, 23, of Woodchurch, is wanted by Merseyside Police for poor behaviour after breaching a criminal behaviour order. The appeal was issued on July 29, 2026.
Criminal History
Roach previously appeared in court in July 2024 for breaching a gang injunction. He was jailed for 18 weeks after activating a suspended sentence from an earlier breach that year. He had breached the injunction by associating with a person on his non-association list.
In October 2022, Roach was jailed for 11 months for his role in a fight with his father, David Roach, against two brothers, Brendan and Michael Kennedy, outside their Woodchurch home. The brawl, sparked by an alleged bike theft, saw the then 19-year-old Jack Roach use a golf club. While other defendants avoided prison, Roach received a custodial sentence due to a significant list of previous convictions, including possession of an offensive weapon. The judge also imposed a criminal behaviour order (CBO) to restrict his movements and associations.
Breaches and Current Appeal
In September 2023, Roach was jailed again for breaching the CBO after being spotted by officers on foot patrol on the Woodchurch estate. He was a passenger in a car that drove away, but he was arrested days later. He pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching the order and received an eight-week prison sentence.
Roach is described as 5ft 11in tall, of slim build, with long brown hair and blue eyes. He is known to frequent the Woodchurch and Greasby areas.
