A street in Wallasey has been cordoned off following a police incident. Officers are currently in attendance on Rice Hey Lane this evening (Sunday, August 23), with reports indicating they arrived at the scene at around 5.30pm.

Multiple officers and a police van have been pictured at the location. A small cordon can be seen within the main cordon on the street.
Merseyside Police have been approached for a comment.
