A desperate search has been launched for missing teenager Charlotte Scott, 13, who was last seen late on Friday night in Glenrothes, Fife. Police Scotland issued an urgent appeal for information to trace the schoolgirl, with concerns growing for her welfare.

Details of the Disappearance

Charlotte was reported missing from her home in Glenrothes and was last sighted at around 11pm on Friday, June 19, in the Formonthills Road area of the town. She is described as approximately 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with long, brown hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black hoodie, black leggings, and white Crocs.

Police Appeal

Detective Sergeant Kellyanne Muir of Police Scotland stated: “Concerns for Charlotte are growing and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen her to come forward. We’d also appeal directly to Charlotte – if you see this, please get in touch.” Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 3690 of Friday, June 19.
