An urgent appeal has been issued to help find a woman from Tameside who was last seen two days ago. Megan was last seen on Chapel Street in Dukinfield at 9.22pm on Friday, August 21, Greater Manchester Police said.
Police concern grows
The force released the appeal on Sunday morning, saying officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Megan and want to make sure she is safe and well. An image of Megan has been shared by GMP.
Megan is described as around 5ft 6ins tall, white and of slim build, with long ginger hair. She was last seen wearing a large black puffer jacket without a hood, with a brand beginning with a 'Z', plus tight blue jeans and trainers.
How to help
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to come forward. People are being asked to call 999 in an emergency situation.
A GMP Tameside spokesperson said: "Can you help police find missing Megan from Tameside? Megan was last seen on Chapel Street in Dukinfield on Friday, August 21 2026 at around 9:22pm."
