A Ukrainian OnlyFans model who was brutally attacked and left for dead after attending a party in Dubai ten months ago is walking again. Maria Kovalchuk, 21, had her hair 'shorn with a knife' and was scalped before suffering a broken spine and leg. She was found in a ditch by a roadside in a coma one week after going missing.
Maria has undergone rehabilitation as a war refugee in Trondheim, Norway, and has proudly shown how she is walking again after months in a wheelchair. She needed ten major operations, including three on each leg, two on her spine, and one on her shoulder blade. Her mother, Anna, said the injuries were caused by brutal beatings and a knife cut to the face.
Maria claims she was tortured by wealthy Russians at a three-day party, not by 'sheikhs' during a so-called 'Porta Potty party' as earlier alleged. The Russians have denied abusing her, and no one has been brought to justice. Maria has almost no memory of the attack. Her medical bills were fully covered by Dubai police, amid suggestions of a cover-up.
Anna said she received a threatening message after speaking out: 'We'll find you even in Norway.'
