Three UK schools were plunged into lockdown on Tuesday as armed police swarmed a street following reports of a "person with a weapon".
Police response and arrests
Officers were called to Bell Farm Way at around 3pm, with armed police among those dispatched due to reports that a weapon was involved. Road closures were also put in place along Bell Farm Way as officers responded to the incident. Two men were detained by police and arrested at the scene.
Schools affected
