Police were called to Gomer Road in Townhill, Swansea at around 8.05am on Thursday following a report of an assault.
Arrests made
A 48-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman have both been arrested on suspicion of section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent.
They are currently in police custody. Police said the incident remained ongoing on Thursday afternoon.
