Three arrests have been made following a disturbance on Gomer Road in the Townhill area of Swansea, with one man taken to hospital with injuries. South Wales Police confirmed the incident is ongoing.

Officers were called shortly after 8am on Thursday, July 23, to reports of a disturbance at an address on Gomer Road. A police presence remained in the area for much of the day.
Arrests and Injuries
A 41-year-old man from Waun Wen was taken to hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the disturbance. He has been arrested but remains in hospital. A 43-year-old man from Townhill and a 39-year-old woman from Swansea have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and remain in police custody.

A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "South Wales Police was called at 8.13am on Thursday, July 23 to reports of a disturbance at an address on Gomer Road, Townhill. A 43-year-old man from Townhill has been arrested on suspicion of causing GBH with intent and remains in police custody. A 39-year-old woman from Swansea has been arrested on suspicion of causing GBH with intent and remains in police custody. A 41-year-old man from Waun Wen has also been arrested but is currently in hospital being treated for his injuries. Investigations into the incident are on-going."
