The 20-year-old allegedly admitted to stabbing his 48-year-old mother and 43-year-old stepfather inside their Owings Mills home on Greenspring Avenue.
Police documents state that Dawkins met officers at the front door while covered in blood and reportedly confessed immediately, saying: 'I stabbed them. Y'all got a Band-Aid or anything?' This nonchalant query came after the suspect himself had placed multiple 911 calls earlier that morning.

Officials revealed that around 5 a.m., Dawkins initially called authorities to report a man walking with a weapon outside his residence.
