A Sky News presenter was caught on a hot mic expressing shock as live images of a fire in Stourbridge appeared on screen. The reporter, who seemed unaware the microphone was live, was heard saying "Jesus" before continuing with the broadcast.

Live broadcast moment

After the exclamation, the presenter appeared to realize they were live on air and continued: "Let's just take you back to these pictures in Stourbridge, in the Midlands, where we are watching pictures of properties set alight." The reporter then noted that more than 60 firefighters were on the scene tackling the flames, which are thought to have started in a field.

The incident occurred during Thursday evening coverage. The broadcaster is providing updates as part of its breaking live TV coverage.
