A skeleton found near the M67 motorway in Greater Manchester has been identified as 41-year-old Ajani Campbell, who disappeared from his mother's home in January.
Discovery by bridge inspectors
The remains were discovered by motorway bridge inspectors on Monday, August 3, underneath a railway bridge near junctions three at Hyde and four at Hattersley.
Greater Manchester Police launched an investigation and carried out forensic examinations of a bone. DNA analysis confirmed the remains were those of Mr Campbell.

Police appeal for information
Detectives are now appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have seen Mr Campbell after the last sighting of him on January 25.
