Several people have been shot in a Danish town in what police suspect was a criminal gang-related showdown. The shooting happened in Holbæk, with armed police now at several locations across the town as officers hunt for those responsible.
Police response
Central and West Zealand Police said several people had been hit in the shooting, but they have not yet provided details about their conditions. The force said it currently suspects the incident was linked to a "showdown in the criminal environment".
Police were called to the Agervang neighbourhood, formerly known as Grønneparken, at around 3.45pm local time.
