A serious police incident is ongoing in Plymouth, Devon, on Monday evening, with a police helicopter circling overhead and emergency services at the scene.
Devon and Cornwall Police have confirmed the incident, which has drawn a large police presence and cordons near Treeby Court. The helicopter has been seen flying low over the St Judes area and between North Cross and Beaumont Park since around 9pm.
Emergency services have also been spotted at a business park near Cattedown. Residents report seeing "loads of police and ambulance" off Gdynia Way, and a major incident on Embankment Road involving a helicopter, armed response, and ambulances.
