Northumbria Police are searching for a missing 54-year-old man from Northumberland who may have travelled to Kielder Forest in a camper van.
Andrew, whose surname has not been disclosed, was last seen in the Lassells Rigg area of Castlefields in Prudhoe at 8.50am on Sunday. He is understood to be driving a silver Volkswagen camper van, which was last seen on the A69 towards Chollerford at 10.15am.
Appearance and clothing
Andrew is described as 6ft tall, of slim/athletic build with short grey hair. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, grey/olive green shorts and a baseball cap.
Appeal for information
Northumbria Police say extensive enquiries are ongoing to locate him, and officers and family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. Andrew, or anyone who knows where he might be, is asked to contact the force.
