Woman's Vengeful Stalking Campaign Includes Sending Revenge Porn to Ex's Mother

A court has heard how a scorned woman engaged in a terrifying stalking campaign against her ex-boyfriend, which included sending revenge porn pictures to his mother. Eve Yeoman, 24, vowed to make her former partner's life hell and to 'maximise his humiliation' following their breakup.

Explicit Photo Shared Without Consent

During their three-year relationship, Yeoman took a sexually explicit photo of her partner without his knowledge or consent. After the separation, she sent this intimate image directly to his mother, accompanied by a malicious message: 'This is what your son is like. I hope him and all his family rot in hell.'

Escalating Stalking Behaviour

Yeoman, from Lytchett Matravers in Dorset, stalked her ex-boyfriend between November 2025 and January 2026. Her harassment included:

  • Parking on a rural road to wait for him driving to work, then tailgating his car, overtaking him, and slamming her brakes to force an emergency stop.
  • Calling him up to 25 times per day.
  • Changing her social media profile picture to an image of him.
  • Sending a barrage of abusive messages.

The campaign escalated on March 3 this year when, while on police bail, Yeoman threw a bottle at his moving car travelling at 45mph. This caused the windscreen to crack, damaged the wing mirror, and dented the bonnet, resulting in £2,547 of overall damage.

Court Proceedings and Admissions

Following the criminal damage incident, Yeoman was arrested and remanded in custody. At Poole Magistrates' Court, she admitted charges of sharing an intimate photo without consent, stalking, and criminal damage.

Prosecutor Victoria Hill detailed that the revenge stemmed from a dispute over clothing. After the breakup on September 21 last year, Yeoman requested the return of a jacket left in her ex's car. When he refused, believing it was a ploy to rekindle the relationship, she began making threats.

Hill stated: 'The defendant started to threaten him and said 'I bet your mum would love to see some of the s**t you do'. She sent his mother a private sexual photo of her and [the victim] having sexual intercourse.'

Impact on the Victims

A victim impact statement from the man's mother was read in court. She expressed: 'When I opened the message I was sickened to see she had taken sexually explicit photo of what I assumed to be my son and Eve. It caused me a lot of distress and we live in fear of what she will do next as she is totally unhinged.'

The ex-boyfriend also described being in 'constant fear, anxiety and emotional distress' due to Yeoman's persistent behaviour.

Defence and Sentencing

Defence lawyer Patricia Sheehan acknowledged the offences were 'shocking' but highlighted that Yeoman has autism and was struggling with her mental health. She noted Yeoman had been 'punished' by her time in prison since March 6 and was having a 'very difficult' period.

Sheehan argued: 'There is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that a real reference needs to be made to her mental health issues as what she did was so thoughtless and utterly bizarre.'

District Judge Orla Austin sentenced Yeoman to a 12-month community order with 200 hours of unpaid work. She must also pay £600 in compensation to her ex-partner and is subject to a restraining order banning contact.

The judge remarked: 'I accept you are a young woman with no previous convictions but you sent a sexual image to his mother which was vindictive and designed to cause him maximum distress and humiliation. I take the view that the time you have spent in custody already is the equivalent of an eight to ten week sentence so I will be issuing a community order.'

Yeoman's 25 days on remand were deemed equivalent to an eight to ten week custodial sentence, which was the primary reason she avoided immediate prison time.
