Merseyside Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate 10-year-old Rosie May Osborne, who disappeared from her home in Bootle, north Liverpool, on Sunday morning. She was last seen riding a pink bicycle on Stanley Road in the North Park area at approximately 8am on July 19, 2026.

Rosie is described as 5ft tall with a slim build, wavy blonde hair, and wears glasses. At the time of her disappearance, she was riding a pink bike, an image of which has been released by police. Officers note that Rosie frequently visits parks in the Bootle area.
Police have issued a statement in the early hours of Monday, July 20, saying: “We are urgently appealing for help in finding a 10-year-old girl who is missing from home in Bootle. Rosie May Osborne was last seen in North Park on Stanley Road at around 8am yesterday morning, Sunday 19 July and enquiries are ongoing to find her.”
