Police are trying to trace an 84-year-old man who uses a visual aid stick. David, also known as John, was last seen in the West Boldon area of South Tyneside at about 10.10am on Saturday.
Description and clothing
The 84-year-old is described as a white man, of thin build and with grey hair. He uses a visual aid stick while walking. David was last seen wearing a blue coat and black jogging bottoms, as seen in the CCTV still image.
It is believed he may have travelled to the Cleveland area.
Appeal for information
Officers and his family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. David, or anyone who knows where he might be, is asked to contact Northumbria Police.
