Detectives investigating a serious assault in Glasgow have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist them. Police were called to a premises on Dumbarton Road in the Scotstoun area of the city following reports of the incident on Saturday, April 4.
Man sought by police
They are now keen to speak to a man aged between 30 and 40 who was in the area at the time - around 7.45pm. He is described as white, of medium build and with short facial hair.
At the time, he was wearing a black puffer jacket, cuffed dark coloured bottoms, white trainers and a beige beanie hat with a white emblem. CCTV of the man showing his face and the clothes he was wearing have now been released by detectives as they bid to identify him.
No details released
No details of the assault or information about any injuries have been released by police.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Police Scotland has released images of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries into a serious assault in Glasgow. The incident happened around 7.45pm on Saturday, April 4, outside a premises on Dumbarton Road."
The spokesperson added: "The man is described as white, aged between 30-40-years-old, of medium build with short facial hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black puffer jacket, cuffed dark coloured bottoms, white trainers and a beige beanie hat with a white emblem."

Officers would ask that the man pictured, or anyone who knows them, come forward with any information by calling Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2681 of April 5.
