The attack occurred on Thursday afternoon when officers responded to reports of a disturbance near the famous landmark. During the engagement, one officer sustained a knife wound, prompting an immediate emergency response.
Dramatic Arrest at Iconic Location
Armed response units rushed to the scene following the stabbing, where they deployed a Taser to subdue the suspect. The individual was subsequently arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remains in police custody.
